Choose something you're interested in. Read one of the classics that are recommended. Find your love for books with what you like before exploring new territory

What do you want to get out of it? Answering that question would give you a better idea of where to start.

You won't go wrong with pic related. And then there are so many readings you can branch out to from there. You might also consider building up your knowledge of myths and folk/fairy tales, as their narrative structures and character types often form the basis for Jung's observations (and those of like minded thinkers). Bulfinch's Mythology is a classic and still a solid choice, imo. For fairy tales, you can't go wrong with Grimm's and Hans Christian Andersen.

Eh, can't help you there.

Huxley was the first fiction author that I thought was okay. Hesse is the first fiction author I found good. Now I'm reading THE GREEKS.

Just to let you know, ‘start with the Greeks’ is a meme for people into philosophy.

I’d recommend something short (novella) in a subject you’re interested in.

Either 1984 or crime and puinshment. Just don't start with something as bad as der Steppenwolf. Reading that will kill any of your motivation to ever read any more fiction.
