I'm in my mid-20s, decent job with a solid salary, share duplex condo with parents, own car, no debt, don't drink, don't smoke, fit, etc. Other guys my age get girlfriends so easily, but I always struggle with it. I have some severe mental anxiety. I've never even asked a girl out despite being approached in friendly ways at college many times. It's all so tiresome. I can't live without a gf because I'm not some Chad ascetic and I want children one day. I've asked my parents for help but they couldn't give me any. My pain grows by the day. I'm 6'1, white, and have a decent face. It's over, bro.

OP I was in the same situation. Fake it until you make it.
I went in on all my dates with an air of knowing exactly what I'm doing. When I finally got a long term girlfriend I did the same thing. Act like you ARE experienced.
I eventually told her she was my first girlfriend and she didn't belive me.

I know that you might be autistic and over think this. So I want to make it clear that you never directly bring up any of your past "relationships" never specify how many "girlfriends" you've had. Etc.
