literally just deal with it. Every single person has at least one in their life, most have dozens throughout their lives. This isn't special or new or unique. This was happening in the paleolithic already. I had my first when i was like 8 years old and became aware of my existence but you don't see me bragging about it. Well, now you did, but the point is....just let it happen kiddo.

Ride the wave and you'll learn more. Don't forget, just accept. To be able to see that there is not an inherent meaning, nor a logical explanation for anything at all, is the first step of mastering your mental life.
You control your thoughts, what you think, what you see, what you feel. It's up to you. Your mind is just re-creating what it wants you to see, not what's really there. Well, it is there, but that isn't everything that's there.
Point is, read stuff like Siddhartha by Hesse and Prometheus Rising by Wilson. Ignore the stupid shit in both, as with all books.

Eat and drink properly, avoid alcohol, work on a good sleeping pattern, focus mostly on interpersonal relationships, and exercise as much as possible. Maybe meditate.
I won't recommend any Logic, just pure and agonic struggle. You might find Emerson, Whitman, and Thoreau (runner up Dosto) useful if you're a utopian optimist. You'll find Montaigne, Montesquieu, and Rousseau invaluable if you're a scientific pessimist. Finally, the great class of Marx, Nietzsche, and Freud which founded utopian pessimism. I don't know which of you I'm speaking to, but I've found these nine tremendously useful.
Lastly, therapy is almost always helpful.
