I'm writing a book that is deeply inspired by Dostoyevsky's Karamazov Brothers and the main characters are jews, but one of them really wants to become a catholic priest. Now my question is: does the Catholic Church accept jews to be ordained as priests?

Yes, I have, and I know that ethnic jews can become Catholics, just like Paul and the Apostles did, but still I was just wondering... I searched for "jew becoming catholic priest" on google and nothing came up, and I found that kind of weird. The results were all "catholic priest finds out he's actually jewish" sort of things.
