I can say personally that it’s my rule of thumb to be “race positive”, rather than “racist”. Meaning I’ll always make sure to elevate and subtly approbate “white” qualities, and exude a sense of white fraternity by never allowing room for other races. This is a way to get published and express myself honestly without the negative energy and careerblocking effect of outright discrimination or N bombs. Also, giving even more attention to minorities when they’re basically the national conversation is less than ideal. Literally just disdain to even acknowledge them. Anyway, this is the path I recommend.
