Well, I don't know in what situation you are. If you want me to tell you what books to read as a 21 year and only that then i'd say non-fiction since you want to increase your market worth.

I'd recommend Daniel Kahneman, Yuval Noah Harari, Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules for Life, Robert Greene, Machiavelli, Cal Newport and etc.
