This shit has legitimately made me more confident however there's a catch. It works like a buff in a game and the effects only last for a short time. If I stop reading it then the confident boost is pretty much gone but if I read a little of it daily then I can maintain the increased confidence. Takes effort but it's pretty much the only book that has worked for me in that regard.
