Honestly very good. It's a guide to becoming a master in any kind of discipline, be it swordsmanship or carpentry. The sword techniques outlined are tools that symbolise a specific purpose or tactic: if you can figure out the essence of Musashi's techniques and apply them to your own discipline, you'll have a huge advantage in whatever you do.
Best used with respect to a competitive discipline.
