Zizek dismisses the marxian class grouping as too inconsistent with the complex hierarchical tendencies of society (which he's correct about), the post-modern individualist identity groups as too vain (also correct) and the fascistic racial/national identity group as too rigid (not quite as correct but I understand his objection) yet never actually proposes an alternative to the three we've seen implemented thus far which can form a functional collective for said synthesis.
