It's famously bad you absolute dip

Mind you, I haven't read it, so it could be secretly good. But it's so aggressively middlebrow I couldn't bring myself to read it tbphwy

Shitty author. If you want good Brazilian authors, look for Machado de Assis, Lima Barreto or Nelson Rodrigues

This book was suggested to me by a good friend, i gave it a shot but really didn't like it.
It was easy to read but felt pointless.... kismet, fate, in a fiction story where things are written a particular way just feels too forced.
Reminded me a lot of the whole Law of Attraction bs.

First half = based and redpilled
2nd half = cringe

I disliked how obvious he made his messages. Would've preferred subtle metaphor, probably would his message across more powerfully

>> No.12901438

Gonna go with Don Quixote and Ride the Tiger
Seems like a reasonable mix
Thanks bros
