Let's stop misusing the word hipster. The word doesn't mean anything anymore.

i'd have to disagree, you cannot look beyond the fact we do not post as anonymous and use this fact to make ridiculously broad and sweeping statements without any evidence to back it up, such as the one you just made.

Tripfags are annoying when they use /lit/ for their shitty tripfag arguments. I kind of like being able to match a personality to a name though. Apart from that, they're no different to anons. And I don't see the connection with hipsters at all.

Also, I've come to the conclusion that people who arbitrarily wave around the word 'hipster' are 100 times more annoying than hipsters themselves. The irrational hipster hate (blah blah blah, they sit in Starbucks sipping their macciatos and reading Salinger) is more disruptive than the hipsters' soulless obsession with clothing and irony.
