You've got to read both "Technological Slavery" (2010) and "Anti-Tech Revolution" (2016) by Kaczynski.

Most people, due to media brainwashing, simply cannot conceive that Kaczynski (the Unabomber!!! omg!!!!) could be one of the most insightful thinkers of the last hundred years...but anyone with an open and objective mind would clearly see this from his writing. He's far more lucid, systematic, coherent, and insightful than Ellul, Mumford, Postman, Illich and others combined.
