OP here. Just to clarify things, I'm not a weeb, I haven't watched a single anime show in years, read manga sparingly, and have no interest whatsoever in japanese culture or language. It's just that I find anime girl images highly expressive and reflective of the particular mood found in the accompanying text. The other alternative was to post an ironic stock photo found in google.

How many novels can you really say to be as good as Ficciones, by Borges? How many novels are as good as the collected poems of T.S. Eliot? How many novels attain such a high realm of aesthetic achievement as the complete poetry of Kavafis? Besides D.
