>tfw I turn around and give wifey good morning kiss and just embrace her for a bit
>take sip of water from jug on bedside
>lift sheets make my way downstairs to a full course breakfast made by my maid no where to be seen
>go outside in bed robe to absorb the morning sun
>have some; but few paparazzi flash pics of me on the street front my house as police simultaneously shoo them along
>walk back inside after a few and sit in my personal recliner whilst wifey brings me breakfast
>casually going over my own novel that ive read 47 times already as I eat my yummy break fast
>see wifey smiling from across the living room a big heartfelt smile-the kind that warms you to the utmost, equivalent to that feeling when your apartment/home is freezing and you step outside into the sun. You feel the heat wrap you in a nice little cocoon.
>oops forgot my morning vitamins
>walk back in kitchen to open medicine cabinet
>open up clozapine bottle and take as prescribed
>feel a bit of nausea
>feel a bit of vertigo
>turn around to see wifey gone
>breakfast gone
>house gone
>im in my cramped kitchen of my shitty apartment; medication in one hand and a water jug in the other
>check phone
>tfw 2:04
>tfw March 23
>tfw its my birthday and im all alone;all alone again
