The best way to achieve utopia (after all, isn't that really the ultimate goal of any system?) is to overcome our humanity, as Nietzsche believed with his Übermensch idea. All of the tried and tested systems make special allowances for our human traits, but as we all know, humans are stupid. To accommodate something that is essentially stupid is a serious flaw in any system, that's why they all suck.
