Uhhh basics I think if you want a start, probably not the greatest list but not the worst would be
Fragments, Heraclitus
Fragments, Parmenides
Republic, Phaedo, and Thaeatetus by Plato
Descartes big two, first meditations and discourse

That'll get you a look at classical perspectives at least.
