If you go out of your way to find black idiots with dipshit writing you're going to find them, the same way you could for white and asian and mexican dipshits. As someone who claims to care about literature, I recommend the above authors.
Self promotion and narcissism especially related to race politics define our time, current works of merit will likely take decades to discover and analyze as they're lost in more noise than quality writing ever had to contend with.

WEB Dubois - The Souls of Black Folk
This guy founded the NAACP and turned socialist shortly after publishing this collection of essays, which is considered his magnum opus.
Booker T. Washington - Up from Slavery
Works as a pretty good counter to Dubois. Both were teachers in some of the earliest all black schools in the US. Washington originated the line about "pulling yourself up by your bootstraps." Up from Slavery is his autobiography and best known work.

You know, I've always unironically felt bad for black American males. They really are subjected to negative black culture every day of their lives. From the day they're born they're taught to be tough and to view themselves as the underdog in society. They're constantly told that they aren't real men unless they subscribe to stereotypical black mentality. Any academic successes that they have is always attributed to them being more "white" and is considered a negative. Unless they're successful rappers or basketball players they don't have much in the sense of self worth. And that has always been a massive disappointment to me. Black women seem to be able to do as they please but black men seem to have to follow the mold, lest they be socially ostracized from their "tribe" as to say. It's just fucking sad sometimes for black men, I really do pity them.
