I’m more concerned with self-improvement and the recollection of past thoughts and dreams, so I’m not sure if drawing would help, but thanks for the recommendations. I hadn’t thought of looking at other peoples’ journals

I’m thinking that if you write too fast, then you write too much, and if you write too slow, you don’t write enough.
But if that doesn’t work, then summarize, or describe loosely and unbiased and return at a later date.

Yes, but we didn’t learn to actually use it on a daily basis. It was more of a “this thing exists, now learn how to sign your name and never use cursive again.”
