I spend enough time on 4chan to know that burrowing into the screen to sate your addiction is nowhere near as fulfilling as reading, or playing a video game, or watching a movie, or doing literally anything but spending hours staring at a computer screen.
Every day I spend here I know I have wasted, and yet when I try to spend my days better I always end up gravitating back. It's an insidious addiction.
