12322553 No.12322553 [Reply] [Original]

Are there any programs like Adobe InDesign that will offer similar features and allow me to edit my manuscript without making me have to skirt around the 7 day trial period and jump through the hoops to install the software again and again. It's so much better than Word but I can't fucking afford it :(

Is eating, I mean devouring completely, a hairy Asian pussy the greatest joy in life? The scent stuck in my nostrils the whole day and I walked around with a semi. I couldn't stop thinking about it: one finger in her ass, one in her cunt, tongue on her clit and her grinding herself against it while pulling my hair and just gushing onto the sheets. Too bad she wouldn't let me fuck her and left.

No she fucked you, you feminem little boy.
You get on top of Woman and theyll fuck you. But she got on top of you.
Also, sex before marriage is sinful and you need to ask Christ for forgiveness.

She looks like she only smokes cigarettes to appear cool and “edgy.” I’ve seen a lot of girls who use this kind of facade: the cutesy clothes and attitude with a cigarette or some other “edgy” accountrement. Think of it like Hegel. The Thesis is a pure little cute Asian girl, the Antithesis is the corruption of a cigarette or pentagram or whatever they use, and the Systhesis is the sexual arousal. I think the arousal comes from knowing that her perceived, at the very least, innocence is being corrupted. You take joy in watching her be molested by the antithesis. Look up “Pastel Goth” to see what I mean. Anyway, just my 2 cents

LaTeX is not an app. you need to find the best (complicated or simple) LaTeX editor for your needs and then use it.

MixTex is good if you're on Window$
Otherwise TeXstudio would be more than enough.

Thanks for the recommendations. Shot in the dark here, but what about transferring a manuscript from InDesign, or as an InDesign (.idd) file, into one of these programs without messing up the formatting too much?

ulysses or scrivener?

>> No.12325618

I've been using Scrivener ever since I finished my first shitty book years ago and needed to put it in proper order. It's simple and comes with standard manuscript formats pre-installed. You can change the compile settings and save new presets however you like.

I pirated it, not sure how much you can get it for, but if they have a trial, I suggest trying it. I used to spend hours and hours tweaking formatting in Word, trying to make sure everything lined up and things merged smoothly and headers and footers all appeared when and where they should, not it's just a few clicks and done. That's not even including the plethora of other tools it provides, though I don't really use many of them personally.

If you plan on writing in the future, it's worth learning how to use Scrivener (and (from what I've seen of it (can't use it because I'm on Windows)) maybe Ulysses) to save hours of tweaking and formatting qualms in Word and other programs.

I did and he forgave me. He high-fived me behind the church after when no one was looking, too. Christ is a real bro.

Try to stop this pattern of thinking. A manuscript is ordered text and nothing more. Unless you're self-publishing and have a bunch of images and formatting quirks, you don't need to worry much about formatting. Italics and other formatting styles carry over between most rich text editors, which is all you need to worry about. If you're done with your novel/manuscript, buy or pirate ywriter or Scrivener or Ulysses or Manuskript or any other and use their automatic compiling algorithms to properly export it to the whatever format the agent is requesting. If you aren't done with your story, don't worry about formatting at all, because you'll hate yourself for wasting time when you get to the rewriting phase. If you're self-publishing and want literally anyone to read your shit, you better have enough money for Word, InDesign, an editor, a proofreader, a cover artist, marketing, etc.

It's actually a big hassle. When you import a pdf file into InDesign it messes up the formatting and I have wasted hours getting everything reset in Adobe different Adobe trials. If you're saying those other programs will transfer everything over smoothly I will take your word for it since I haven't used them. But it is an issue with word to InDesign and pdf to InDesign.

>> No.12325762

>>12325729
InDesign sounds like the issue. Copying back and forth between Word and Scrivener and Ulysses works for me. Formatting should be quick and easy, and it shouldn't be permanent. Your manuscript should be chapters/scenes that have formats and styles added to them in the manuscript compilation stage. InDesign is less for novels and more for graphic works like flyers and cut sheets.

>> No.12325793

>>12325762
Hopefully pdf to Scrivener or Ulysses is as smooth. Alright, I will give some of these free-tier ones a try. My stubborn attachment to InDesign may have held me up.

Is this about eating box? Cuz that's disgusting and the fast track to women disrespecting you. Nothing signals more powerfully to a woman's primal instincts that a male is unfit for reproduction than him risking the health of his face and mouth to lap upon her beef. It's a huge thrill for her, sure, but not because of any clitoral stimulation. Her "ohs" and "ahs" are entirely derived by amazement at the male's silly self sacrifice. Completely deluded, the box eater will munch away confident that he is a supreme lover, when the woman is secretly aghast at the implications of where he's putting his tongue. She's had that part of herself bored and excavated by many colors of cunt conquerors until she lost count. So many suitors have emptied themselves inside that box, smacking victoriously her vulvar filets with their slick protuberant phalluses afterwards. And here is her blessed self-avowed "pussy eater," breaking a sweat trying to lick that same battered clam meat. He even thinks those the prickly sensations in his mouth are from his muscular exertion, but the box eater has just ingested the top STDs of all 37 countries visited by that writhing, smiling woman, and those itching sensations in his throat are microscopically shown to be the conquest of his nerve tissue by her minge's army of misandrist microbes. Destroying his cells outright, the box's pox overwrites the beta's genome, rendering him more reproductive for the Papilloma species than his own. Don't be a goof and lick cloven meat.
