The only book u need to read for meditation
Gives very clear and concise description of what you're supposed to experience during each stage of meditation with none of the spiritual bullshit that people associate eastern spiritual practice with.

Recently at work we toured an abondoned building that's scheduled for renovation. The crew kicked out this homeless dude, who I felt really bad for at first, until I saw the way this guy lived. His little spot looked exactly like this, except he had expensive pizza log boxes everywhere, dirty clothes, and an enormous stack of porn magazines in the center of the room
