Turjan of Miir. Not because it's the best story, but because it's where the D&D wizard fuckery comes from. Also, crazy women.

>>Do you like the dying earth setting or is it just a meme?
It's great and makes me long for that period when SF and fantasy weren't so distinctly apart. Kinda like early space opera days.

>>How would you avoid my boy Chun the Unavoidable?
Considering he reality warps to get to you I don't think you really can. Not even in the setting like Dying Earth.

Hard to say, probably T'sais. There's something inspiring about trying to be better in spite of such a mountainous impediment.

It can be a meme. But it can also be a great setting when you need shit to be really out there and don't want to spend hundreds of pages on world building.

I happen to like Larry Correia, but he's not one who goes for depth. His characters are pretty well developed despite that. They're somewhat believable and have more dimension than a lot of the churned out pulpy sort of stuff that he is into. Monster Hunter Files is a collection of short stories with several authors, too, so there's a better chance of you finding a few that you like, so long as pulp monster stuff doesn't automatically turn you off.

You know, as horrifically bad as most "school for X/X academy" YA series are. I really think a series about a school for mad scientists could actually work as long as the school is just an ordinary school or special-ed school with no missions or combat simulations.

Actually the same thing could work for a wizard school too. I'd laugh my ass off if someone made a wizard-school parody of The Social Network where facebook was an actual book of faces.

The Tremaire series was about as good as you could hope for from "the Napoleonic war with dragons", readable though a bit rough around the edges in the first books, which is understandable considering her background in the fanfic community.

Uprooted I'm of two minds about. Essentially there's this girl in Fantasy Poland/Ukraine who lives near The Zone which was created (IIRC) by the Elves accidentally killing themselves with Magical Chernobyl, and she gets abducted by a local sorcerer to be a maid but oh guess what, this is a YA fairy tale adaption so she actually has magic powers and saves the day. It's entirely fine as far as these types of books go but IMO the story outline is let down by the implementation. And there's this strange setup where she falls in love with the jerk Dr. House sorcerer who's way older at her and also yelled at her when she accidentally killed a nobleman who was trying to rape her. Overall I feel this review is accurate though somewhat harsher than my opinions on it: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/1290231676

tl;dr Tremaire yes, Uprooted only if you're a teenager or are very tolerant of YA stuff.

nofap is only the initial stage of the tantric arts.
theres also parts about the right food(lots of read meat and spices that encourage semen production) and working out the right way. if you do it right you can figuratively cum buckets and orgasm whenever you want. you can also draw out orgams in the fashion chloe camilla does. for reference: https://efukt.com/20842_Derpy_Derp_Orgasmo_Girl.html
it starts with nofap but you actually have to fap if you cant have sex afterwards. basically you are training your body to produce more semen which does not work if they are not expelled.
