I read of the Order of 9 Angles performing human sacrifice ("Culling") rituals, mostly on group trips to Southeast Asia, and that you must have performed a 'Culling" to be a certified member.

I've heard a few things behind closed doors about them, but other than that I don't think anyone really knows much.

It basically boils down to this; either they're a bunch of hippy "demon" children, or they're actually extremely horrifying with an immense reach.

Weird thing happened a little while ago. I came across an album of their chants and listened for a bit to a song called agio o baphomet , and something strange happened. I kind of felt very light headed, like I was on acid (done a few times). Just kind of not thinking unable to really form coherent thoughts, like I wasn't really there. Then I started looking at my hands and experienced what I could only call body horror. If it helps my mom used to say when I was a baby I was always really fascinated with my hands. And then after 5 minutes of basically being frozen there looking at my hand in a trance or daze I snapped to and noticed I was crying.
