Just look up 'start with the greeks'. Plato is a good start point, starting with Euthyphro, then Apology, Crito and Phaedo.

Before those however, it's better to have some general context of Greek society. Get up to speed on Greek mythology, then read the Iliad and Odyssey.

read a lot of wiki articles and sep articles. get damiliar with some terminology and the tradition. don't start with the greeks resding philosophy in a linear way will taje you forever and you will burn out and it will get boring as shit. read all over the place and read what you like. my first philosophy book was the genealogy of morals I recommend that it is pretty easy.

This.

After reading couple books on history of science, existentialism and all kind of psychology, I felt kinda confused and so I decided to start from scratch with ancient Greeks and so far it was worth it. You just need to dwell deep enough for a decent amount of time (books) and then you will feel you have a decent background to move on from.

If you are not interested in reading the Greeks, start with a field or an author you like. Let's say you start with a contemporary philosopher like Zizek. While you are reading him, you feel like you are missing out most of what he is saying because he has built his philosophy over other philosophers like Hegel, Kant, Lacan, etc. This is why you will start reading other philosophers. From that point, you will start going in different directions in order to build your own background. I think the most important thing is to not get lost while you are pursuing this goal. This is why the Greeks is a good start, but you can start from anywhere as long as you stick to some kind of framework.
