That book is a trip. You hear about the resistance to the heliocentric model of the universe and you think "lol what morons"
But then in that book you find out that they though the geocentric universe was literally modeled in the structure of the human eye and the musical scales, and you're like, OK, yeah I can see why they would think they had things figured out.

I'm going through my books right now for reorganization. I ran out of shelf space and began to double shelf. It's a bit ridiculous. So I've stopped buying and started to accelerate reading in an attempt cut down on the books I have.

This is my Japanese literature and related shelf. I've had a great time rereading the Nausicaa manga series again. It's the perfect collection they had printed back in the 90s when it first came out. Lots of fond memories.
The Japanese navy stuff is my brother, I still haven't gotten around to reading it

Double shelving hell right here. I've passed by this bookshelf so many times, I completely forgotten how many books are behind the first row.
For 2019 I'm going to see if I can read 100 books.
2018 was to read 20 books over 600+ pages
