Where would you study philosophy? Which universities?
I want to move from the place where I live and concentrate on studying but I wouldn't know where to go :c

Don't go to university yet.
The best advice I can give you before you go is work somewhere menial and train with a personal trainer three times a week at a gym.
Do this for six months and then go to University.

I'm just going to assume, because you are asking here, you aren't rich. If you were rich, you'd have people to ask who could tell you the answer to this question. But since you aren't rich, this is a bad plan. Study philosophy on your own. Until you know more than the good threads on /lit/, you'll gain nothing more for all the life changing effort it will take.
