actually, Russell Brand's book Recovery isn't bad

for me, getting off of a 4 year major opiate addiction wasn't really fueled by any singular text, im not exactly sure any single text would be nearly sufficient to fuel such an endeavor. you have to find that fuel from deep within yourself, deep down where your true truly positive intentions lay waiting for you to claim them
