I don't see why that would be the case. The act of preying on someone for sex is what everyone does. Most of the time you don't want "sex", you want a a specific someone to have sex with. So you prey on this person or multiple persons until you convinced them to have sex. It carries no positive or negative implations to the nature of the preying
