No, but I do suffer of a similar disease of the mind.
I can't help involuntarily picturing the stupidest shit and being unable to shake it off no matter how much I read, or how much of the actual material contradicts my imagination.
My detestable, rotting brain will make the stupidest associations and conjure up the most bewildering imagery on basis I cannot consciously pinpoint and that shit stains like magic marker. One of the earliest examples I can recall had me fighting off the mental image of The Rock as Armitage in Neuromancer, and Fry from Futurama as Bobby, the Count himself.
More recently I've struggled with that lady from the Dover Boys short having a cameo as D. Eulalia Damascena in Posthumous Memoirs of Bras Cubas.
