If the guy does not work or do anything else than reading

Let's say he dedicates 8 hours a day to reading
2 hours in the morning
2 hours after lunch
2 hours in the evening
2 hours before sleeping

Let's assume an above average reading speed (the result of such intensive practice)
of 500 wpm

A typical 12 point font page will have 300 words on a single page of a smaller book (non hardcover)

Let's assume the average number of pages in the books he reads are 200 pages

Giving us 60.000 words per book

Now the guy reads at 500 wpm, so he reads 30.000 words per hour, or 100 pages per hour

In theory he could read a book every 2 hours

He reads 8 hours a day, so it's doable, he may read longer books than 200 pages that would bring down his average to 2.5 books a day.

I've read 26 books so far this year, which just so happens to be the exact number of books I read last year. And what's even better is that most of the books I read last year were 100-200 pages long, wheras many of the books I read now are 400+ pages long.

I'm a poor NEET with no friends and I don't know a dealer so I only get to smoke once every couple of months, sometimes not even that. I'd want nothing more than to be able to smoke every day, there's really nothing I love more than smoking weed and listening to music or walking in nature or reading. But yes I do enjoy reading while high, though not too high. One to three puffs (depending on quality) is perfect, gives me more immersion and imagination and comfiness without making me lose focus.
