As far as religions go, I would say either Shin Buddhism or Calvinism can be pretty black depending on how you look at it.
Both are based completely upon the Absolute Other, wherein man is completely deprave and every act he does even if he seeks to do good is wicked.
Also in both the only way to salvation is pure faith that, particularly in the former, can negate itself as if you are depending on your own faith you are using self power.
