Fuck goodreads. Nothing but 40 year old mom at home reviewers with the shittiest taste imagineable, spamming their god awful tumblr gif every third sentence to keep the readers attention.
I once saw a review where the reviewer admitted to not having read the damn book. "The synopsis was boring, 1 star"
Fuck my dick that community pisses me off.

Not really. The last two books I’ve finished were a 4 and 3 in that order.

I think only half my books this year were fives. I don’t read fiction, for starters. As the other anon said I read a lot of technically impressive literature so I rate them 5/5s if they don’t have too many errors (which some do)

There were no low or high points, it felt stagnantly dull throughout. I was just reading a diary of a depressed person who is incapable of evoking any emotion within me. The very beginning was surprisingly interesting, but that's because the intro was being told by someone else who is not the MC. A lot of people like it though, so hopefully, you'll enjoy it too.
