Try reaching far back into your memory and seeing if there has ever been an occasion where you felt some kind of minimal attraction to a girl. Almost every gay man has at least one example of this, usually in late childhood. Try to keep that image in your mind and then ask yourself what small features you might have found physically appealing about that girl. What kind of fantasies did/do those features lead you to imagine? It can even be something as small as noticing a girl's eyes as being pretty, and maybe wanting to have them look at you in a personal or intimate way.

If you're able to get some kind of grasp on this then see if you can begin to notice that same feature in women that you see from day to day. Try to connect those images to a sexual fantasy or urge that you have. You might have some luck in beginning to appreciate women as sexual beings that are relevant to your own sexual feelings, as opposed to entirely foreign creatures.

This also helps in reverse. Try watching gay pornography in more objective way just after you've masturbated. What is it in particular about these men or actions that is appealing to you? In what ways do you want to participate in those kinds of actions? Why do you think that is?

These are just my own thoughts on the subject. You will absolutely never remove homosexual desires, and any conversion therapy that claims to do this is damaging and fraudulent. However it seems possible to me that you can expand your sexuality in a way that opens you up to certain kinds of heterosexual attractions that you now don't feel open to or interested in.

Ok I got to ask. I'm a trap, and I can say that there are girls that are very pretty. But I don't desire to do anything sexual with them.
