I think the length, amount of large full color images, and general lack of appeal makes publishing it unfeasible except at super high prices I think.

nothin in print, as far as i know
that would be almost impossible, anyway, unless you had high quality photo-scans
a lot of the imagery is stencil, watercolor, and paste-over. it's layered, very difficult to reproduce.
various sections are owned by a bunch of different museums. i haven't seen an exhibition, at least in my area, for a long time though.

I wasn't even expecting a book, but surely just scanning it in, in whatever quality just for the story alone would be a good option. I thought maybe someone had uploaded it to archive.com butI guess they and the (((Museums)) were to concerned with making money off some poor dude than to simply make his work accesible.
