If you actually understood those 20 books decently then you're more than qualified to talk about literature.

The first time I was on 4chan it was the week of donate or die back in 2005. I think about where I am in life and how this website has taken from me and given me so much. 13 years of my life shitposting. From random to video games to painting miniatures to cosplaying to fitness to reading. It has taken nearly 10 of those 13 years for this website to slowly get me to be at least a little productive with my shitposting time.

September will mark my 10 year anniversary of being on 4chan. I'm considering killing myself to escape this place. I've only ever been able to quit for up to 6 months

there's nothing wrong with posting on 4chan, just post productively. We post here for a reason, we want people to honestly discuss stuff, and idk if that's even possible irl. I've had many amazing conversations and experience in real life, but the loss of identity and reputation this place allows for is really something special.

my older brother showed me this website in 2007 and i became a lurker in 2009. almost 10 years this place has been a part of my daily life. it's weird, it's nothing small. on my death bed i will remember my youth and at least half of it will be shitposting.
