Nietzche is great, everyone knows this, even religious people who disagree with him acknowledge this. It is only butthurt trads who converted 6 months ago who lose their shit over him. Nietzsche's legit. Haven't met anyone who has studied philosophy that didn't look upon him with respect on some level.

I did have a professor say that an individual's interpretation of Nietzsche tends to reflect their personality, and that even his interpretation has changed a lot over the years for this reason. I think Nietzsche is just hard to simplify in any way that would make him a candidate for fair judgment in a general sense
