do you ever fast lit? im on day two and i cant stop writing. it comes out effortless and it feels amazing, both to write and to read it afterwards.

im not saying fasting is the one and only cause, but its not the first time ive seen that it sets a field for creativity to grow, or at least come out flawlessly.

During Holy Week I fast strictly, consuming a frugal vegan diet but without any oil and most Fridays I consume a vegan diet with oil and before Confession and Holy Communion I abstain from any drink (including water) and food.
