I'm just so lacking in motivation. I'm going to binge right now, I can't even wait the 3 hours to do it while watching football.

I'll have to tell myself it's the last time but I really don't know if I can fool myself.

I have nothing to work towards. Everyone else gets everything handed to them anyway

Go absolutely nuts on the binge today my man

Family size - everything

DO NOT buy the Diet Soda shit, go for the sugary ones: get lots of candy and get McDonalds too.

3xinstant noode cups, skittles, chocolate bars, those pre-made sandwiches, maybe some chinese instant microwave takeaway and Big Mac meal

Go absolutely fucking nuts on this binge. Godspeed my most based frog

Have you thought about the people that started from nothing to become great successes? What was handed to them? They had every reason to fail but succeeded nevertheless.

Complaining about the lack of equality in the world is not helpful.

THIS

Do not go easy on yourself buddy. Max out entirely. I want you to feel absolutely nauseated with yourself by the end of it. I'm talking buying a large pizza, adding two portions of fries and just dumping them on it and eating it like a taco. I'm talking a litre of cola minimum. I'm talking a bag of chocalate treats at the very least. I want to see that wasteline expanding brother. I need you sitting on the toilet at midnight squeezing until you're red in the face and feeling absolutely disgusted with the experience. It's time to really go for it dude. I'm talking latter-day Elvis territory. I'm talking Marlon Brando-tier excess. This is your day, my man.

I do know what lack feels like. I'm just not dumb/deluded enough to expect random strangers on an anonymous message board to be able to help or empathize with or even understand in any basic sense my particular situation. Believe it or not, despite the ludicrous obstacles of trying to connect in this way there could be some use in taking well-meaning advice, however vague it must be because of the medium we're currently using. If what you need is empathy or knowledge and understanding of your particular situation then you need real-life 3D people to talk to. I'm sure that sounds incredibly hard for you to find rn but don't for a second make the mistake of thinking that's not specifically and inevitably what you need and will continue to lack.

Ok Anon, lets start with your proposition that since people have difference positive/negative attributes that will effect 'success' and 'happiness' in life, and also that these attributes are static and unmoving that being dealt a bad initial hand in life makes future happiness a impossible dream and effort meaningless. Why do you think people on a anonymous image board will not help you. Do you know what kind of help you need? Why don't you have anything to work towards, why do you rely on fleeting motivation when past experience shows it unreliable? You already know what you are doing is beneficial to your situation.

>I'll have to tell myself it's the last time but I really don't know if I can fool myself.

Have you considered why you lack 'motivation'? Is it psychological or physical, more often then not people believe that their mood and energy levels are determined by their erratic mental states when in reality most of the time mood, energy and ability is decided by hormones and dietary intake. The wrong diet can make all your thoughts feel 'sticky and slow' along with your movements. The wrong diet will result in disease both mental and physical which your doctor/psychiatrist will recommend medicines to cure. However these medicines are do not cure the underlying problem of your dietary intake. Modern medicine is a reaction to the side effects of the modern diet.

>Everyone else gets everything handed to them anyway

You already know this is not true, don't try and delude yourself to make yourself feel better, it is counter productive and unhelpful.

When you find the answer you will cringe at the lost years, I can't tell you the answer because then it wouldn't be YOU finding it for yourself. It would lose it's important impact in helping you turn your life around.

Stop drinking alot of water, water dilutes your digestive enzymes. You know how if you keep applying water to a part of your skin it will become cracked and brittle? (like licking your lips often) That happens when you drink water inside your body as well.

Of course you body NEEDS H20 but you can get that from healthier sources that your cells can use to easily hydrate themselves. I recommend Tomatos for hydration.

>>11440662
Let me clarify, by modern diet I mean the shift to Carb heavy diets that do not nourish the body properly. Our bodies run primarily on protein and fats. However modern diets are mostly Carbs and suger based. Which is only needed in small amounts in the body when compared to protein and fat. Modern medicines 'cure' disease and viruses that are so rampant due to the effects of the modern diet. Your body has natural means to counteract almost all threats that it would have to face, cancer, infections, diseases. A body supplied with proper nutrients can deal with these independently in most cases.

Look at how we deal with cancer, we destroy peoples bodies to deal with tumors, which are just collections of dead cells. for Chemotherapy to kill 1 cancer cell it has to kill 1 billion healthy cells. Anti-biotics kill many of the healthy, nessicary bacteria inside of you along with the 'problem' bacteria.

No effort is made by modern medical practice to supply the body with the nutrients it truly needs to survive on its own against these illnesses.

I have abused every stimulant known to man, and I took year off of coffee and noticed little no difference.

It is extremely mild stimulant and 2-3 cups a day is absolutely non-harmful activity. Even the withdrawal from it lasts at max 2-3 days: compared to other drugs or stims, if abused, months long withdrawal

Sorry have to call bullshit on this one. Nicotine I would agree with, much harder habit to quit.
