>Recently got into amateur writing
>Started uploading my work online
>Gets a decent amount of views and follows
>Happy that people seem to be enjoying it
>Fucking nobody is reviewing it
>Over 30K words in, asks for feedback for the first time
>Still barely any reviews
>Half my reviews are 1-sentence reactions by the same dude

What are common flaws my story may be suffering that could lead to a lack of reviews? I’m trying to improve my work but I’m finding it rather difficult when nobody who’s reading it is giving me any valuable feedback.

Personal reflection can only get you so far. Outside perspective can often open you up to realizations that you would’ve never thought of otherwise.

Are you using Wattpad or something? Is the story actually finished? If not, it's pretty difficult to critique until the plot and characters resolve themselves. This isn't /qst/. It's not a collaboration. Do you want a critique of your technical skills as a writer? Nobody's going to do that probably because they don't have the time. Of the story so far? Again, they can only give you so much.

You need to provide incentive for people to leave a review. It's like throwing a party or working as a cam model or whatever. Threatening to quit the story won't work, because they probably aren't that invested. Finish a good novel with a cliffhanger, tease the next installment, and ask in return for critiques and then see where you get. You've got to tease people.

OP, I will unironically review your writing and give an honest critique of your work. Throw away email in name -- send it and I'll get back to you sometime in the next few days

The lack of paying someone to review it. Seriously, you get what you pay for, OP. If you want freebies, you're going to receive low quality proofreading and critique.

What kind of intelligent person would spend a better part of their day reading your unfinished 30K word novel and reviewing it?
