I've always felt sad, I don't think it is something that will change, sometimes I think I like it though.
Just recommend some sad books, something that feels like The Book of Disquiet, but a novel.

Have you considered your not always sad, you just live a sedentary lifestyle so your heart rate is is down and you never feel excited except from internet news? I have only just started to feel happy and satisfied by working out.
