I think it's great and there is no real effort required since his writing is lucid and intended for the public. There is an appendix with some concepts formulated mathematically and one segment with some slight technicalities.

It kinda red pills you though, making you angry at other people for not seeing things the way they are and always putting the carriage before the horse.
