Who are some writers that deal with the theme of grace (and how it violently changes you)? Only ones I know of are Flannery O'Connor, Cormac McCarthy and Georges Bernanos. It's an obscure theme but I'd love some recs.

I’ve never read McCarthy, and only O’Connor’s short stories, so I’m having trouble formulating an answer.
