Who else has a difficult time meeting word/page count requirements on assignments. I can never ever fucking do it, my point always gets across long before I come close. I always have to inflate my work with worthless fluff afterwards so I don't automatically fail.

Plan your outline better. If you see you are lacking in material in a certain part you can expand/fortify/add counter examples to deal with, ect. One of the easiest ways to both lengthen and stengthen a paper is to find a secondary source that disagrees with your position and show how they are mistaken or how your point deals with the issue better.

Shut the fuck up nerd before I steal your intelligence and make you the stupid one. I don't think it's a weakness that I'm incapable of droning on endlessly.

Just give more examples. e.g. if you say:

>All William Faulkner's characters are mad. Here's Thomas Sutpen as an example.

It's easy to go back and insert:

>Here's Quentin Compson as another example.

Yeah I'll take this advice and just regurgitate other's opinions, thanks.

Don't regurgitate anon, you actually have to try and engage with ideas that are different than your own. Show you have not only read them, but that you understand them enough to use their work dialectically to advance your thesis. Don't just find relevant quotes to paste in for reference (I've been there done that it doesn't fool (competent) professors).

Oh don't worry anon I understand. The only time I ever lazily copypasted something was when I used Carl Sagan's little speech about the blue dot
