I want to learn about christian theology, philosophy and it's related interpretations. Any way to get into the related philosophy, such as Nietzche and Jung, would be enormously helpful.

I would start earlier than Jung and Nietzsche. Maybe St. Augustine’s Confessions.

If you want to learn christian theology and philosophy you will have to go deep into the middle ages, which is a very different thing from getting into Nietzsche and Jung.

I was reading some things from J. Peterson and I realized I can't take everything he says at face value. Since I am relatively new to studying any philosophy or really anything at that. I would really like to know, what I have to study to know what these people are talking about.

read the new testament, at least 1 gospel, acts, pauls writings and james and interpret it for yourself. Look up questions you have, maybe through some free online commentaries, and go from there
historical books are more important imo than theological ones. Justo Gonzales is good in this regard

Quite honestly the worst reading list I've ever seen. I 101% guarantee nobody on 4chan has read all that, and probably nobody in the world has aside from a few professional theologians.

You just recommended:
The entire Bible
The entire Quran
All the Apostolic Fathers
All the writings of the Church Fathers
All the gnostic writings
A fuckton of Medieval writings

Actually, this isn't a reading list, it's just a dump of stuff related to Christianity.
