probably it's a satire on orwell's essays and polticial writings which he knew nobody was going to read when he is dead. he wrote a meme book to be remembered, mostly as an inside joke to his friends, and set it far enough into the future where people would go "gee wizz".

It's like if you wrote about robots using human bodies are meat suits, they grow you, cut your brain out put their brain in, and use your body for locomotion. and you did this because you had all this serious shit to say about the wars in the middle east and american foreign policy and domestic policy and you're so fucking angry you write "ROBOMEAT 2050" as a giant fuck you to the general public who is too stupid to pay attention to important things.

then in like 2090 your robomeat 2050 becomes really important and people talk about all the deep themes and stuff you brought up. when really you were just parodying exactly those people who are so obsessed with language they can't see the real world and understand whats going on. they are already the robomeat suits but they dont realise it. but you'd still be really fucking angry cos you literally wrote 90% of your stuff on things you cared about deeply and it just sits there ignored forever.
