It's so boring. So many books are so fucking boring and I have to read them for the pseud cred

>> No.10975865

You need to pick better pseud novels, not all of them are boring

OP here. This has been tormenting me for so long. I thought I could draw a line by picking what I thought were the most pseud cred novels and finishing them so I could then read what I enjoyed but the torment is worse than ever.

Why do you have to?

>> No.10975913

Why do you even want pseud cred? At least pseuds enjoy the process

>> No.10975944

Why do you have to read them for pseud cred? Why aren't you reading things that you want to read? You have only so much time. Don't read shit you don't absolutely have to or want to read. What else do you want to read, OP?

Because if I don't then people will consider me stupid. Their logic isn't true but that's what people will say

Atlas Shrugged has alot of filler, but it creates a huge universe and has alot of character development. The speeches were entartaining and the ending was thrilling. Also, Ayn has good prose.
t. Brainlet who took 10 months to read it

Rand has bad prose, the book is just her restating the same thing over and over for 1000 pages with varying degress of vagueness culminating in 50 pages of Galt saying the same thing but this time as explicitly and in as many words as possible
