There is no technology possible that can give information meaning. Only life does that. Symbolic logic will never into meaning, don't bother trying to understand it.
Maybe really advanced virtual reality?
Or some synthesis of a formal system of graphical logic and cyber semiotics , (which doesn't exist and never will in any capacity to be relevant)
Such a world would have comparably no meaning compared to living in earth. It would be hell, and would certainly transcend humanity, in that the remaining human qualities we have would disappear.
This is the ultimate form of degeneracy and is fucking terrifying. Even if people are just stupid, the very desire to do such monsterous things is telling of just how fucked up people are nowadays. Those are the people with all the power and they view actual, sane human beings as backwards.
Nightmare. Just go outside and look under rocks, learn about something interesting by discovery. Stop concerning me with this madness.

I'm a pragmatist and into biosemiotics.
First of all regardless of material, binary logic(as in computers) cannot represent intentionality, hu-doy. I already know that you don't have the required knowledge to understand this, which is why I told you not to bother.
Now I am not a materialist. Everything exists in material sure. Material doesn't mean anything, everything that means anything to anything is phenomenonal and arises from a triadic relationship, as in the peirceian/uxekullian sign model.

No clue what you’re talking about. Imo consciousness is a just a model that recreates the illusion of a self in time and space to allow human beings to interpret features of the world and plan ahead/draw inferences from the past. I came to this conclusion after reading Metzger’s The Ego Tunnel. So there’s no reason why post-humans or cybernetic humans couldn’t recreate the simulation that is consciousness. It’s not some kind of essential feature of flesh-and-blood human beings.
