Do you ever feel sad because less than half of the books in your collection are rare collectible luxury editions, or even hardcovers? 50 of my books are either Folio Society or Easton Press, several dozen more are hardcover, then the rest are paperbacks. I just wish I could have a shelf full of collectible books, but the problem is not ever book that is interesting was ever produced in a collectible edition.

Its whats between those covers that matters anon. I own some antique books and its made me realize that no matter the quality of your collection, time will eventually claim it.

Being grateful for what you have is the best way to handle a book collection desu.

I'd like to see time try to claim one of folio society's buckram bound books.
