I've been thinking about this question for about 10 minutes now. I think that everything on the list is too hard to read for a beginner (if you meant 'read it in Dutch'). If you absolutely want to read something from that picture, it would probably have to be Turkish Delight (Turks fruit) or Cheese (Kaas).
If I may make some recommendations that are not bound to that image, I would first suggest "De tweeling" by Tessa de Loo, which is something a ~15 year old would read over here. It's a great story though, and I would recommend that as a first Dutch book.

Closer to the themes of /lit/ there is also Odysseus: een man van verhalen, by Imme Dros. This one should also not be too hard to read.

read "Philosophical Analysis in the Twentieth Century" in 2 volumes by Scott Soames
its a graduate level crash course in the history of analytic philosophy
he's currently working on a tremendous 5 volume history of the analytic tradition (that largely expands on PAITTC). the first volume is out, and the second volume actually comes out tomorrow I believe
