Anyone familiar with existential comics? It’s basically a funny surface level look at some of the better and lesser known philosophers. I know it’s not a substitute for actually reading them but I think it’s a fun way to get a rough idea of what they had to say.

Try this: Don't take it seriously. It's cheap jokes about philosophers and philosophy. Maybe the sense of humor doesn't appeal to you. I wouldn't characterize it as "smart" at all aside from the subject matter being what it is.
